Reels must be prebooked and paid for via the relevant event gallery booking gallery and the information we request needs to be provided in as much detail as possible.  We will contact you after booking to obtain images of the horse or clarify anything about which we are uncertain.

Reels can be cancelled and a refund requested up to 24 hours in advance of the event class.  We understand plans change/ horses go lame/ riders withdraw from competition. You must email any changes or cancellations to info@spidgeaddington.co.uk

Spidge Ltd cannot be held responsible for any early elimination during a competition round impacting the amount of in ring footage available.  We will always attempt to provide warm up arena in addition to in ring coverage. Refunds whether part or full will always be at the discretion of Spidge.

Each reel applies to one horse and rider combination in one class – a reel cannot combine two horses or two classes.  A separate reel will need to be purchased for different horse or rider combinations.
